Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders from our home studio in Illinois, USA.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. orders.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Orders are handmade and ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days via USPS.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible at happydogpaww@gmail.com Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel or make changes.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes! You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for more info.
